How much CBD should I take?

Love these CBD packets! As someone who is constantly on the go these packets are perfect for stashing in your purse or car! I have used them in cocktails, beer, Gatorade, and juice. It’s flavorless so you can really put it in anything. I read that others are using it in coffee. I’ll definitely try that next. I’ve tried other premixed CBD drinks but they tend to have way too much sugar and less MG. I prefer the versatility of being able to mix my own CBD drinks.
