Winter Bird
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of RipNSip
- 1½ oz Aged Rum (@plantation.rum Isle of Fiji Rum)
- ¾ oz Fernet-Branca
- ½ oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Orange Juice
- ½ oz Pineapple Juice
- ¾ oz Demerara Syrup (1:1)
- 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Orange wheel & Luxardo Cherry
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well and double strain over ice into a glass.
- Garnish with an orange wheel and a luxardo cherry.
