Winter Bird

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of RipNSip
  • 1½ oz Aged Rum (@plantation.rum Isle of Fiji Rum)
  • ¾ oz Fernet-Branca
  • ½ oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Orange Juice
  • ½ oz Pineapple Juice
  • ¾ oz Demerara Syrup (1:1)
  • 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish: Orange wheel & Luxardo Cherry

Direction

  • Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and double strain over ice into a glass.
  • Garnish with an orange wheel and a luxardo cherry.
